The Waldorf Center for Plastic Surgery is a plastic surgery practice and medical spa in Portland, Oregon, founded in 1993 by board-certified plastic surgeon Kathleen Waldorf, MD, FACS. Three plastic surgeons practice there — Dr. Waldorf, Dr. Rachel Streu and Dr. Heidi Johng — alongside nurse practitioners, physician assistants and aestheticians. Surgical work spans breast, body and facial procedures as well as reconstructive cases including breast reconstruction, cleft lip and palate repair and gender affirmation surgery. Non-surgical care covers injectables, laser treatments, body contouring, hair restoration and a medically managed weight-loss program. The practice operates a Portland office, a medical spa in Vancouver, Washington, and its own surgical facility, the Wilshire Surgery Center.
