About Portland Oculoplastics

Portland Oculoplastics is a solo oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgery practice on Portland's west side, near Providence St. Vincent Medical Center, led by Dr. Scot A. Sullivan, MD. The practice describes itself as the only office on the west side devoted entirely to oculoplastic surgery, and performs most procedures in its own office-based surgical suite. Cosmetic offerings include blepharoplasty — cosmetic eyelid surgery — and Botox Cosmetic for facial lines; reconstructive work covers ptosis repair, tearing and eyelid disorders, and repair of eyelid defects following skin-cancer removal. Dr. Sullivan completed an ASOPRS fellowship at the Casey Eye Institute at OHSU and has been in full-time practice since 2001. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
