About Scot A. Sullivan

Dr. Scot A. Sullivan is an oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgeon and the sole physician at Portland Oculoplastics in Portland, Oregon, where he has been in full-time practice since 2001. He earned his M.D. with special distinction from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha honour society, completed a general surgery internship at Vanderbilt and an ophthalmology residency at the Dean McGee Eye Institute, and finished an ASOPRS fellowship at the Casey Eye Institute at Oregon Health & Science University, where he received the top national research award among graduating fellows. He served as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Oklahoma for five years and sat on the executive board of the Oregon Academy of Ophthalmology from 2010 to 2021. He co-authored the American Academy of Ophthalmology's first online botulinum toxin course in 2003 and has published numerous peer-reviewed papers. His practice covers cosmetic eyelid surgery and Botox Cosmetic alongside ptosis repair, tearing and eyelid disorders, and eyelid reconstruction after skin cancer removal.
