The Plastic Surgery Group of Memphis is a cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery practice founded in 1973 by Robert Reeder, M.D., operating from 80 Humphreys Center Drive in East Memphis, Tennessee. Its roster is five plastic surgeons — Allen Hughes, Robert Chandler, Ellis Tavin, Melissa Kath and Moneim Elomeiri — four certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and one board-eligible, supported by two physician assistants. The practice covers breast surgery, body contouring, facial surgery and reconstructive work, and has served the Mid-South for more than 50 years. In 2023 it opened PSG Skin Care & Laser Center in Suite 102 of the same building, staffed by a nurse injector and aestheticians and offering injectables, lasers, microneedling and Morpheus8.
