About Ellis Tavin
Ellis Tavin, M.D. joined The Plastic Surgery Group of Memphis in 2006 after ten years in solo practice in Charlotte, North Carolina. He earned a bachelor's degree in biology cum laude from Yale University and his medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City, followed by a general surgery internship at Einstein/Montefiore and a four-year otolaryngology residency. He completed a fellowship in head and neck surgery at NYU and trained in plastic surgery at the University of Rochester from 1994 to 1996. His special interests include short-scar breast lift and reduction, body contouring, Brazilian butt lift, rhinoplasty, male breast reduction and breast reconstruction after lumpectomy.
