Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates is a cosmetic surgery practice and med spa with locations in Oklahoma City and Jacksonville. Dr. Erik Nuveen purchased the practice from a retiring surgeon in 2003 and created Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates, later adding sub-specialized care as Dr. Caplin, Dr. Meyer, and other surgeons joined; the Jacksonville location opened in 2023. The practice offers personalized cosmetic and reconstructive surgery alongside non-surgical aesthetics, injectables, medical weight loss, and gender-affirming surgery following WPATH standards of care. A team of surgeons, nurses, medical aestheticians, and support staff treats patients at both locations, and the surgical suites are accredited by the AAAHC. The practice does not accept insurance for cosmetic surgery but will file out-of-network for septoplasty, breast reduction, or gender-affirming care.
