About Michael Horn

Michael A. Horn, MD is a board-certified plastic surgeon and the medical director of Michael Horn Plastic Surgery & Med Spa in Chicago. He earned his medical degree at Loyola University in Chicago, completed a general surgery residency with the Medical College of Wisconsin, and completed a second residency in plastic surgery at Loyola. Over a career of more than 23 years he has performed more than 10,000 breast augmentation procedures. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the Illinois Society of Plastic Surgeons.
