Dr. Horn earned his medical degree at Loyola University Chicago, completed a general surgery residency with the Medical College of Wisconsin and a plastic surgery residency at Loyola, and is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Over a career of more than 23 years he has performed more than 10,000 breast augmentation procedures. Surgical services include breast augmentation, breast lift and reduction, liposuction, tummy tuck, mommy makeover, Brazilian butt lift, facelift, rhinoplasty and male breast reduction. The attached med spa is staffed by nurse injectors and medical aestheticians and offers Botox and Dysport, dermal and lip fillers, Sculptra, thread lifts, laser hair removal, laser skin resurfacing, microneedling, IV injections and medically supervised weight loss.
