About David Stephens
David Stephens, MD is a board-certified plastic surgeon (American Board of Plastic Surgery, 1993) who founded Stephens Plastic Surgery in Bellevue, WA in 1995. He earned his MD,CM from McGill University, completed a general surgery and integrated plastic surgery residency at SUNY Health Sciences Center as chief resident, and a hand and microsurgery fellowship at the University of Alabama-Birmingham, where he later served as Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery (1990-95). He was an early pioneer of hidden-incision and endoscopic-assisted surgical techniques and has been voted Best Cosmetic Surgeon by 425 Magazine for ten consecutive years.
