Stephens Plastic Surgery is a Bellevue, Washington practice founded in 1995 by David Stephens, MD, a board-certified plastic surgeon (American Board of Plastic Surgery, 1993). Dr. Stephens earned his MD,CM from McGill University, completed a general surgery and integrated plastic surgery residency at SUNY Health Sciences Center as chief resident, and a hand and microsurgery fellowship at the University of Alabama-Birmingham, where he later served as Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery. He was an early adopter of hidden-incision and endoscopic-assisted surgical techniques and has been voted Best Cosmetic Surgeon by 425 Magazine for ten consecutive years. The practice offers facial rejuvenation, breast surgery, and body contouring at its single Bellevue office.
