About Alisha B. Paranzino

Dr. Alisha B. Paranzino is a plastic surgeon at CaloAesthetics Plastic Surgery Center. She earned a BS in Biomedical Engineering from George Washington University on a full academic scholarship and her medical degree from the University of South Florida, where she was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha. She completed an integrated plastic surgery residency at the University of Kentucky from 2016 to 2022 and a fellowship in complex breast reconstruction and microsurgery at Harvard Medical School and Brigham & Women's Hospital from 2022 to 2023. She is an Assistant Professor of Surgery and Director of Microsurgery in the Division of Plastic Surgery at the University of Kentucky.
