CaloAesthetics Plastic Surgery Center is a plastic surgery practice founded by Dr. M. Bradley Calobrace, who began practising in Louisville, Kentucky in 1997. It operates four locations: its Louisville centre on Lime Kiln Lane, which houses two on-site surgical suites, plus CaloSpa Rejuvenation Center offices in Lexington and St. Matthews, Kentucky and Floyds Knobs, Indiana. The surgeons perform breast, body and facial cosmetic surgery, NeoGraft hair transplantation and post-bariatric rejuvenation, while the affiliated CaloSpa medical spa, established in 2007, provides injectables and non-surgical treatments. Since 2019 the practice has run the CaloAesthetics Aesthetic Surgery Fellowship, a 12-month programme for board-eligible plastic surgeons endorsed by The Aesthetic Society. The surgical team is Dr. Calobrace as founder and medical director alongside Dr. Juan Quintero, Dr. Alex Pong and Dr. Alisha Paranzino.
