About Michele Cooper, M.D.

Dr. Michele Cooper is a board-certified plastic surgeon in the greater New Orleans, Louisiana area with nearly two decades in practice, known for facelifts, tummy tucks, mommy makeovers, breast enhancement, and liposuction. She trained in general and plastic surgery at LSU Charity Hospital and completed a craniofacial fellowship at Children's Hospital of New Orleans, where she was the first female surgeon on that team. After Hurricane Katrina, Dr. Cooper co-founded St. Charles Surgical Hospital, the first hospital in the United States dedicated to breast reconstruction, with her husband Dr. Scott Sullivan. Her practice, based in Mandeville, Louisiana, serves patients throughout greater New Orleans, the Northshore, and South Mississippi.
