Eyelid & Facial Consultants is an oculofacial plastic surgery practice founded jointly by Adham al Hariri, MD and Michael Worley, MD. Its main office is on Prytania Street adjacent to Touro Infirmary in uptown New Orleans, with satellite offices in Baton Rouge, Covington, Lafayette and Houma, Louisiana. The practice combines cosmetic facial treatment with reconstructive surgery of the eyelids, orbit and face, including blepharoplasty, revisional eyelid surgery, forehead and brow lift, mid-face and lower face lifting, ptosis repair, tear-drainage disorders, orbital fractures and tumours, thyroid eye disease and facial skin cancer reconstruction. Non-surgical services include neuromodulators, dermal fillers (Juvederm, Radiesse and Belotero) and chemical peels. Both surgeons hold academic appointments and teach in the LSU and Ochsner ophthalmology residency programme.
