It was founded by Calvin M. Johnson Jr., MD, who trained twelve facial plastic fellows before retiring in 2016; the practice is now led by two of those fellows-turned-partners, Christian D. Jacob, MD, FACS, and Thomas H.M. Moulthrop, MD, FACS, both double board-certified in facial plastic/reconstructive surgery and otolaryngology-head and neck surgery. The practice operates its own on-site Hedgewood Surgical Center and offers surgical facial rejuvenation plus non-surgical injectables and laser treatments.
