It was founded by Dr. Olga Bachilo, a plastic surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, who returned to Houston in 2017 to open her private practice and remains the sole physician. The surgical menu covers breast surgery, body contouring including a drainless tummy tuck and mommy makeover, facial surgery and gynecomastia, while the med spa side offers injectables, lasers, CoolSculpting, chemical peels and IV therapy. The practice also runs a men's and women's sexual health line, a medical weight-loss programme, and a membership plan for recurring treatments.
