Houston Oculofacial Plastic Surgery is an ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery practice led by Dr. Mirwat S. Sami, MD, FACS, a board-certified ophthalmologist and fellowship-trained oculofacial plastic surgeon. The practice treats both medical and cosmetic conditions of the eyelids and face, including eyelid and facial cosmetic surgery, ptosis and eyelid malposition correction, skin cancer reconstruction, and thyroid eye disease. Dr. Sami trained at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and at Plastic Eye Surgery Associates, and holds hospital privileges at The Methodist Hospital, Memorial Hermann, and Texas Children's Hospital. The practice operates two Houston-area offices, in Bellaire and Baytown, Texas.
