Après Plastic Surgery is the Portland, Oregon practice of plastic surgeon Aric Aghayan, MD, operating from a single office on South Macadam Avenue. The practice combines plastic surgery with an in-house med spa and a wellness arm, offering breast surgery, body contouring, facial procedures, injectables, laser and light skin resurfacing, medical weight loss, peptide therapy and IV therapy. Aghayan earned his medical degree at the University of Missouri–Kansas City and completed an eight-year general and plastic surgery training program at Oregon Health & Science University, following a general surgery internship at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. He served in the United States Navy as a general medical officer and as a battalion surgeon in Iraq and Afghanistan, and holds privileges at East Portland Surgery Center and Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. Body contouring is the practice's stated focus, using VASER liposuction and Renuvion skin tightening.
