North Atlanta Plastic Surgery (NAPS) is a boutique plastic surgery practice in Alpharetta, Georgia, serving the north Atlanta metro from a single office on North Point Parkway. It was founded in spring 2018 by plastic surgeon Dr. Amy K. Alderman and anesthesiologist Dr. Aida Joiner; plastic surgeon Dr. Sarah Kennedy joined the practice after moving to Atlanta in 2022, and the clinical team is all female. The office contains an operating room accredited by the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities, and Dr. Joiner personally administers anesthesia for every patient requiring sedation or general anesthesia rather than directing CRNAs or physician assistants. Surgical work covers aesthetic and gender-affirming breast surgery, body contouring including post-bariatric procedures, and eyelid, brow and neck procedures. An in-house medical spa, The Spa at NAPS, provides injectables and energy-based skin treatments including Sciton HALO, BBL, MOXI, Ultherapy, CoolSculpting and RF microneedling.
