About Steven Kronowitz

Steven J. Kronowitz, MD, FACS is a general and plastic surgeon practicing in Houston, Texas with over 25 years of experience. He earned his medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine and completed postgraduate training at The Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City, where he became Chief Resident of General Surgery and Plastic Surgery. He completed a fellowship at MD Anderson and later became one of the youngest tenured professors there, spending 15 years as a professor before entering private practice. He is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery, and has written three plastic surgery books and more than 100 peer-reviewed publications. He has trained over 250 residents and fellows and directs the practice''s KronoGlow Medspa.
