Dr. Sassan Alavi is the founder and head surgeon of Center for Cosmetic Surgery in San Diego, California, with more than 20 years of experience and over 40,000 cosmetic procedures performed, including more than 12,000 liposuction cases. He earned his medical degree at USC, completed his otolaryngology/head and neck surgery residency at UCLA, and completed fellowship training in facial plastic surgery at UC Irvine and in liposuction and breast surgery through the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.
