Center for Cosmetic Surgery is a San Diego, California plastic surgery practice led by Sassan Alavi, MD, FAACS, who has practiced cosmetic surgery for more than 20 years and performed over 40,000 procedures, including more than 12,000 liposuction cases. Dr. Alavi earned his medical degree at USC, completed an otolaryngology/head and neck surgery residency at UCLA, and completed fellowship training in facial plastic surgery at UC Irvine and in liposuction and breast surgery through the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. The practice offers a full range of body, breast, and facial cosmetic procedures as well as a program for out-of-town patients.
