About Sarah Hammond
Dr. Sarah Hammond began her surgical training in Memphis, TN, completing a general surgery residency at the University of Tennessee, then completed a second residency in Plastic Aesthetic, Reconstructive and Transgender Surgery at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. She pursued further fellowship training in pediatric craniofacial plastic surgery at Le Bonheur Children's Hospital and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. She is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and has published numerous peer-reviewed articles and co-authored surgical textbook chapters. A Tennessee native, she practiced with Plastic Surgery Group of Memphis from 2020 to 2024 before founding Restore Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics in Germantown, TN in June 2024, where she serves as Medical Director and Owner. She also serves as a Clinical Preceptor for High Point University's Physician Assistant program.
