About Russel Palmer
Dr. Russel Palmer leads Palmer Cosmetic Surgery in Fort Lauderdale and is a board-certified plastic surgeon with decades of experience. Born and raised in New York City, he graduated high school at age 15 and received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry Magna Cum Laude from the University of Miami. He was the first University of Miami graduate accepted into a Harvard surgical residency program and served as surgical chief resident at Beth Israel Hospital. After a plastic surgery residency at UCLA Medical Center he completed a microsurgical and hand surgery fellowship and served as clinical assistant professor in the Division of Plastic Surgery at UCLA. All plastic surgery procedures are performed by Dr. Palmer in the practice AAAASF-certified on-site surgical suite.
