About Rikesh T. Parikh

Dr. Rikesh T. Parikh is a plastic surgeon in Bellevue, Washington whose primary focus is aesthetic and cosmetic surgery of the face, breast and body. His post-graduate training comprised a five-year general surgery residency at the State University of New York in Buffalo, a one-year research fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic, and a three-year plastic surgery residency at Vanderbilt University in Nashville. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a Diplomate of the American Board of Surgery, and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, including its Emerging Trends Committee. He has pursued additional aesthetic training in teardrop-shaped breast implant augmentation, J-Plasma facial resurfacing, and body silicone implant placement. He served as administrative chief resident in both general surgery in 2012 and plastic surgery in 2015, spoke on hot topics in plastic surgery at Plastic Surgery The Meeting in Orlando in 2017, and has multiple PubMed-indexed publications, including work comparing aesthetic surgical outcomes across accredited facility types.
