About Richard Rosenblum

Dr. Rosenblum has over 25 years of experience and is a board-certified plastic surgeon in Virginia Beach known for skin cancer removal and reconstruction, facial rejuvenation, and breast augmentation. He was born and raised in Virginia Beach, attended Norfolk Academy and Colgate University, completed medical school at the Medical College of Virginia, trained in general surgery and Otolaryngology/Head and Neck surgery at the University of Kentucky, and completed plastic surgery training at Vanderbilt University. He did an additional year of craniofacial surgery training with Operation Smile, then completed three months of intensive cosmetic training in Paris. In 2005 he created Rosenblum Plastic Surgery with a freestanding office, medical spa and accredited surgery center, where he pioneered the HOVER Lift short-scar breast lift and the FLEX neck deep plane neck lift. He now focuses on business development plus an exclusive clinical practice in facial rejuvenation and breast augmentation.
