About Philip Young
Dr. Philip A. Young, MD is a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon in Bellevue, Washington, certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and the American Board of Laser Surgery. He earned his BS in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Washington, his MD from Tulane University School of Medicine, and completed his otolaryngology residency at USC followed by a facial plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship at LSU under Dr. Frederick Stucker. He developed the Circles of Prominence facial-beauty theory, for which he received the Sir Harold Delf Gillies Award from AAFPRS, and created the proprietary YoungVitalizer and Acne Scar Vitalizer techniques. Dr. Young has performed more than 1,400 face and neck lifts and participates in FACE TO FACE Foundation humanitarian reconstructive missions in Vietnam and China.
