About Michael Wong
Dr. Michael S. Wong is a board-certified plastic surgeon and fourth-generation Sacramento native specializing in breast surgery and body contouring, with particular expertise in patients who have undergone significant weight loss. He served as Director of Post-Weight Loss Body Contouring for over 18 years and Director of the Plastic Surgery Residency Program for over a decade at UC Davis, where he is Professor Emeritus of Surgery. He is the author of nearly 200 peer-reviewed scientific articles and book chapters and is a former president of the California Society of Plastic Surgeons. He also serves as Associate Dean of Academic and Career Advising and Vice President of Clinical Practice at Northstate University of California.
