About Michael Ogilvie

Michael P. Ogilvie, M.D., M.B.A., is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon double board certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. A native Chicagoan born and raised in Hyde Park, he completed a five-year general surgery residency and a two-year post-doctoral research fellowship in trauma and critical care at Jackson Memorial Hospital at the University of Miami, followed by a plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship at Duke University, where he was named chief resident at both programs. He completed a year-long aesthetic and oculoplastic surgery fellowship at the Few Institute for Aesthetic Surgery in Chicago under Dr. Julius Few. He offers cosmetic and reconstructive procedures for face, nose, breast, and body from his boutique practice in Chicago, and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and the Illinois Society of Plastic Surgery.
