About Lisa Cassileth
Board-certified plastic surgeon and founder of The Practice Healthcare in Beverly Hills, which she established over 20 years ago. Trained at the University of Pennsylvania, she served two consecutive terms as the first female Chief of Plastic Surgery at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Her work centres on breast reconstruction and revision, and she is known for innovating one-stage breast reconstruction along with the SWIM Flap reconstruction and Pocket Lift techniques. In 2015 she founded the Bedford Breast Center, a Beverly Hills facility dedicated to comprehensive breast healthcare including nipple-sparing mastectomy, minimal-incision lumpectomy, mammography and genetic testing.
