About Lindsey Pennington

Dr. Lindsey Pennington is double board-certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (2020) and the American Board of Otolaryngology (2017), and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. She earned a BS in Environmental Biology from Tulane University and her MD, with research honors, from the University of New Mexico, then completed an otolaryngology-head and neck surgery residency at LSU Health Shreveport followed by a facial plastics fellowship there. She specializes in deep-plane facelifts and structural neck lifts, along with rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, brow lift, and lip lift, and serves as a clinical trainer for Galderma and Allergan Aesthetics. She has published peer-reviewed research and lectured internationally, and owns and operates her own AAAA-certified outpatient surgical center, Evangeline Surgical Suites.
