About Joshua Cox
Dr. Joshua Cox founded Cox Cosmetic Surgery and is the sole provider and injector listed by the practice. Born and raised in Dallas, he graduated salutatorian from Lake Travis High School and attended Baylor University Honors Program, earning degrees in Psychology, Business and Chemistry, followed by a Master degree in Biochemistry at Baylor. He earned his medical doctorate at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston and completed the six-year integrated plastic surgery residency there, training at Ben Taub, Texas Children Hospital, the Michael E. DeBakey VAMC, St. Luke Texas Heart Institute, Methodist and MD Anderson Cancer Center. During medical school he went on mission trips to Peru and the Dominican Republic. He founded Cox Cosmetic Surgery in Houston in 2018 and relocated the practice to The Star in Frisco, Texas.
