As Practice Manager, Elena oversees the day-to-day operations, facilitates business development, and manages the practice's finances. Prior to beginning her career in Plastics, Elena graduated with dual degrees, from Miami University of Ohio. After working in the customer service industry for 10+ years she has developed a passion for patient satisfaction, which inspired her to join the Cox Cosmetic Surgery team. She is devoted to making sure every patient receives the highest quality of care and goes above and beyond for everyone who walks through her doors. Her candor and patience are a refreshing change of pace from most office environments and help to ensure every patient has an effective and personal experience. In her free time Elena enjoys and cooking, watching crime documentaries and cuddling with her two dogs. Raised in Dallas, Texas, Leannza obtained her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Texas Christian University and upon graduation, she acquired her RN licensure. Leannza
