Dr. Jane Rowley is a plastic surgeon at Rowley Plastic Surgery in Lubbock, Texas, the practice founded by her father Dr. Milton "Mac" Rowley in 1974. She grew up in Lubbock, earned a BS from Creighton University in 1985, and her medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine in 1989. She completed a full general surgery residency at Creighton, including a dedicated year of surgical research and six months of international surgical training, and went on to train in plastic surgery at the NYU Institute of Reconstructive Plastic Surgery.
