About Gregory Kelts

Gregory Kelts, MD is a double board-certified otolaryngologist and facial plastic surgeon at Texas Dermatology in San Antonio. He graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2005 and earned his medical degree at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. He completed his otolaryngology residency in San Antonio and a fellowship in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Minnesota in 2018. He is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He sees patients at the practice's Alamo Heights and Dominion offices.
