Texas Dermatology, which still trades under the legal name Texas Dermatology and Laser Specialists, is a dermatology practice founded and led by John C. Browning, MD, who is board certified in pediatrics, dermatology and pediatric dermatology. It runs six offices across South Central Texas — Alamo Heights and Brooks Mission Trail and the Dominion in San Antonio, plus Schertz, New Braunfels and Kenedy — and lists seventeen clinicians. The practice combines three lines under one roof: medical dermatology, a med spa offering injectables and laser treatments, and an in-house plastic surgery division, alongside a clinical research arm that enrolls patients in dermatology trials. Surgical offerings include Mohs micrographic surgery, breast augmentation, lift, reduction and implant removal, tummy tuck, liposuction, rhinoplasty, otoplasty, eyelid surgery and the MACS facelift; non-surgical offerings include Botox, dermal fillers, Sculptra, laser hair removal, laser resurfacing, chemical peels, microneedling and Biote bioidentical hormone pellets.
