About Franklin A. Rose

Franklin A. Rose, MD is a plastic surgeon and the founder of Utopia Plastic Surgery and Utopia MedSpa at Uptown Park in Houston, Texas, with over 33 years in practice and more than 15,000 procedures performed. He earned his medical degree at the University of Colorado and completed his internship at the University of California, followed by a general surgery residency at Yale and Albert Einstein College of Medicine hospitals in New York. He completed his plastic surgery residency and a fellowship in plastic surgery and microsurgery at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, and a further fellowship in aesthetic plastic surgery at the NYU Institute of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. His practice covers breast, body and facial surgery, hand surgery and reconstructive microsurgery, and he supervises the practice's medical spa. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, the Texas Medical Association and the Harris County Medical Society, and serves patients across Texas.
