Utopia Plastic Surgery is the Houston practice of Franklin A. Rose, MD, a plastic surgeon with over 33 years of experience and more than 15,000 procedures performed. Dr. Rose trained in general surgery at Yale and Albert Einstein College of Medicine hospitals, completed his plastic surgery residency and a microsurgery fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine, and a fellowship in aesthetic plastic surgery at the NYU Institute of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. The practice offers breast, body and facial surgery including breast implant surgery, breast lift and reduction, Brazilian butt lift, liposuction, tummy tuck, arm and thigh lift, rhinoplasty, facelift and eyelid surgery, plus hand surgery and reconstructive microsurgery.
