About David Kaufman
Dr. David Kaufman is a board-certified plastic surgeon and former U.S. Navy SEAL (BUDS Class 156, Operation Desert Storm). He graduated with distinction from the U.S. Naval Academy, earned his MD from Harvard Medical School, and completed a combined general/plastic surgery residency at Stanford University Medical Center. He is an Interplast Jerome P. Webster Fellow who has performed 750+ reconstructive procedures on international humanitarian missions, and formerly directed the Regional Burn Unit at Valley Medical Center.
