About Christopher R. Lumley
Dr. Christopher R. Lumley is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is a graduate of the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship at Michigan State University and completed a five-year general surgery residency before his plastic surgery training at Botsford Hospital in Farmington Hills, Michigan. He was awarded Botsford Hospital's Most Outstanding Resident and has received national awards for his research in breast reconstruction surgery. He serves as Assistant Program Director for the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgical Residency Program at Beaumont Hospital and is on staff at Beaumont Farmington Hills, Beaumont Royal Oak, Providence, Providence Park Hospital, and St. John Oakland-Macomb. He was nominated as a Top Doc in Hour Detroit magazine in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2022, 2023, and 2024.
