Dr. B. Aviva Preminger is a board-certified plastic surgeon with a boutique practice on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, nationally respected for aesthetic breast surgery including complex breast augmentation and revision, as well as facial plastic surgery, body contouring, and skin rejuvenation.
