About Ashkan Afshari
Dr. Ashkan Afshari is a double board-certified plastic surgeon at Vado Plastic Surgery specializing in body, breast, and facial procedures. He completed a five-year general surgery residency and became board-certified in general surgery by the American Board of Surgery, then trained at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and achieved board certification in plastic surgery from the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He has published in the Aesthetic Surgery Journal and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and has moderated lectures through the American Society of Plastic Surgeons Virtual Grand Rounds. He is a candidate member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
