SY Aesthetics is a cosmetic surgery and medical spa practice in New York State with offices in Manhattan and Middletown. It is led by medical director Igor Burko, MD, a plastic surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and was founded by Jeffrey S. Yager, MD, now founding surgeon emeritus. Surgical services cover facelift and neck lift, blepharoplasty, brow lift, chin and submental liposuction, breast augmentation, lift, reduction and implant removal, autologous fat transfer, Brazilian butt lift, tummy tuck, mommy makeover and gynecomastia surgery. Non-surgical services include neuromodulator injections, microneedling, PRP facials, chemical peels, exosome treatments, IV therapy, red light therapy, acupuncture, Aveli cellulite treatment and permanent hair removal. The practice also runs the SlimWell medical weight-loss program.
