St. Louis Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery is an independent, physician-owned dermatology and cosmetic surgery practice established in Troy, Missouri in 2020, with a second office opened in Chesterfield in 2026. It is led by Dr. Brandon T. Beal, who is double board-certified in dermatology and micrographic dermatologic surgery and fellowship-trained in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. The practice combines medical dermatology and Mohs micrographic surgery with cosmetic surgery of the face, including facelift, neck lift, eyelid surgery, lip lift, brow lift, otoplasty and fat grafting. Non-surgical services include injectables, laser resurfacing, radiofrequency microneedling, chemical peels and scar treatment. It serves Lincoln County, St. Charles County and the St. Louis metropolitan area and is not affiliated with any hospital system or corporate chain.
