St. Louis Eye Institute is a private ophthalmology practice founded and directed by Dr. Adam Fedyk, with two locations in the St. Louis, Missouri metro area (Town and Country and St. Peters). The practice is focused primarily on vision-correction and cataract surgery, with a secondary cosmetic Botox offering performed by Dr. Fedyk himself. Dr. Fedyk is a St. Louis-area native who earned his medical degree from the University of Missouri, completed an ophthalmology residency at UT Southwestern/Parkland Hospital in Dallas, and a cornea and refractive surgery fellowship at the Mason Eye Institute in Columbia, Missouri. He is board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
