About Brandon Beal

Dr. Brandon T. Beal is a double board-certified Mohs micrographic surgeon and dermatologist with fellowship training in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, and the founder of St. Louis Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery. A St. Louis native, he completed undergraduate studies in business administration and finance at Saint Louis University, graduating summa cum laude, then earned his medical degree from Saint Louis University School of Medicine, where he received the Distinction in Research Award. He completed his dermatology residency at the Cleveland Clinic Dermatology & Plastic Surgery Institute, followed by a fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery and facial plastic and reconstructive surgery at Zitelli & Brodland in Pittsburgh. He specializes in Mohs surgery, facial plastic surgery and minimally invasive cosmetic procedures including facelift, neck lift, eyelid surgery, laser surgery and cosmetic mole removal. He has authored more than 20 peer-reviewed publications and has spoken at meetings of the American College of Mohs Surgery and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.
