Skin MD is the dermatology practice of Samuel J. Pruden, II, MD, FACS, in Lexington, Kentucky. The practice covers general medical dermatology for adults and children, Mohs micrographic surgery, dermatopathology, photodynamic therapy, facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, and a cosmetic line of botulinum toxin, dermal filler and chemical peels. Dr. Pruden is board certified in Dermatology, Dermatopathology and Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery, and states he was the first physician in Kentucky to offer AMELUZ photodynamic therapy with the BF-RhodoLED lamp. It is a deliberately small single-physician practice serving central Kentucky.
