The Spa at Marshall is a physician-owned advanced-aesthetics medical spa in Lexington, Kentucky, operating as part of Marshall Lifestyle Medicine. It was founded and is owned by John Marshall Mullins, MD, who also serves as chief executive and is a master injector who trains the practice's physician assistants and nurses. The clinical team includes a director of women's midlife care, a chief medical officer, a physician assistant, an advanced practice nurse and licensed aestheticians. It operates four Kentucky sites: two in Lexington, one in Georgetown and one in Prospect. Services cover injectables, facial services, CoolSculpting and CoolTone, laser therapy, brow and lash, hair restoration, sexual health, IV therapy, hormone optimization, peptide therapy, medical weight loss and male services. The practice also runs a provider fellowship training program.
