Precision Eyes, formerly Abell Eyes, is a physician-owned eye care practice with offices in Lexington and Campbellsville, Kentucky. Owners Michael Tanner, MD, and John Giltner, MD, focus on premium cataract surgery, LASIK, and refractive lens exchange, supported by optometrists Thomas Abell III, OD, and Forest Pope, OD. The practice's cosmetic center offers Botox treatments for lines around the eyes and forehead, and an in-house surgery center and optical shop operate alongside the clinical practice.
