Shahram Salemy, MD, FACS operates a solo cosmetic plastic surgery practice in downtown Seattle, Washington. Dr. Salemy is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and performs surgery of the face, breasts, and body in an AAAASF-accredited in-office clinic and ambulatory surgery center he built in 2014 in the Madison Medical Tower. The operating room is separately accredited and licensed by the Washington State Department of Health, and anesthesia is provided by board-certified anesthesiologists from Outpatient Anesthesia Services. Dr. Salemy is a Clinical Associate Professor in the University of Washington School of Medicine's Division of Plastic Surgery and a past president of the Northwest Society of Plastic Surgeons. The practice serves the greater Seattle area including Bellevue, Kirkland, Issaquah, Everett and Tacoma, and its staff pages also refer to the clinic as Madison Tower Plastic Surgery.
